We're Old

TURKEY BOWL XIII
(13 for those not down with the Romans)
(I google image searched Turkey Bowl XIII and this is what I got...felt it was appropriate)

Well, another successful Turkey Bowl was had, and by successful I mean my team won. Not much else to say.

Kidding.

It was a great day... maybe the fastest played Turkey Bowl in History...short half time, no breaks...lots of big plays...no major injuries. Thanks for everyone who comes out and continues to make this one of the greatest annual traditions around. I guess while it is fresh in everyones heads, think about if you want to play with flags next year. I'll add a new poll.

Anyone with a better memory than me, get me some stats and I'll throw them up. (i.e. who scored TD's etc....oh, and what the score was? 10-8? Maybe?)

For now, I'll leave you with some pics, so we'll remember why we can't walk tomorrow.

One Day to D-Day

THE GREATEST DAY OF THE YEAR
(is tomorrow)

BREAKING NEWS:

The 2002 Offensive and Defensive Players of the game will not be participating in this years event. Not sure how this will effect their retirement benefit package.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
The tackle vs. flag issue is slightly leaning to tackle. It appears that we will be throwing down tomorrow. Not sure what we would have done if flags won anyhow...I don't have any, do you?
Not Much else to say. Bring the pain, bring the funk, but don't bring the excuses.

The flags vs. tackle poll has turned into a nightmare. Too close to call. Doesn't help that my wife is secretly voting for flags. I however have not voted and will counteract her vote with an opposite vote and/or scissor kick her in the baby maker.

Unfortunately ladies, I don't have a lot of time to dress this up and emasculate you all some more, cause I have to go make fun of some baby calves before they're turned into veal.

Remember to vote on the right side for tackle/flags. I'm staying neutral, but remember if we play tackle this is what you have staring across the line from you:

You've been offically warned.

Current Long Range Weather Forecast:

60 % Chance of Showers, high of 56 degrees.

Hopefully that will change the closer we get to the big day. If it doesn't you may want to invest in some

so you have a clearer idea of who just ran you over.

Have a good weekend everyone...and if I were you, I'd start stretching now.

(please don't ask what I'd be stretching...that's personal)
